RATES FOR RETURN TRANSFERS

Transfers are only available between 06:00 and 16:30. Price per person (minimum charge 2 people).

Catering prices

Lunch: several dishes available to reserve before 9.30am: from €8 to €16.
Full board, lunch supplement: €27/meal/person. The menu consists of a starter, main course and dessert.
Children under 12: €14/meal/person.
Children under 3: free meal.

For excursions to be booked the day before: picnic: 15€. Children under 12: €8.

Rates for people with a resident visa

We offer rates for residents on presentation of a long-stay visa.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CANCELLATION

Prices for nights, stays and meals are per person. Excluding drinks – excluding transfers – excluding miscellaneous and all tourist taxes (€1 per room X nights).
All bookings imply acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and cancellation, without exception.
For each reservation accepted as an option, a deadline for confirming the reservation will be indicated.
Rooms are available at 11am. Rooms must be vacated by 9 a.m.
Confirmations are taken into account after payment of 30% (50% if more than 2 rooms) of the invoice amount. Unless otherwise agreed in advance and confirmed by e-mail.
The balance of the invoice must be paid on D-30 (D-60 for more than 2 rooms) unless prior agreement has been confirmed by e-mail.
Failure to comply with this clause will automatically result in cancellation of the reservation. For any cancellation for which the lodge is not responsible, any additional costs incurred (hotel night or other) will be charged to the customer.
The amount of the invoices is net to be paid, all bank charges and any other charges are to be borne by the party ordering the transfer.
All extras (extras, drinks, various services, excursions, etc.) must be paid for on site, in euros or Ariary.
Ariary exchange rate: weighted rate on the day of invoicing.

CANCELLATIONS / PENALTIES

More than 90 days before the start of the holiday, 10% of the cost of the holiday will be payable.
– From D-90 to D-60 before the start of the holiday, 20% of the cost of the holiday will be payable.
– From D-59 to D-30 before the start of the holiday, 30% of the total cost of the holiday will be due.
ATTENTION: for bookings of more than 02 rooms, from D-59 to the scheduled arrival date, (NO SHOW) 100% of the total amount of the stay will be due.
– Reservations for up to 02 rooms: from D-29 to the date of arrival (NO SHOW), 100% of the total cost of the stay will be due.
– Any stay interrupted before the scheduled date will be payable in full.
– In the event of cancellation for reasons not attributable to Antoremba Lodge, any additional costs incurred (hotel night or other) will be charged to the customer. We offer rates for residents on presentation of a long-stay visa.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– The hotel cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to guests’ personal property.
– Any customer who uses the equipment provided or hired (sea kayaks, fishing equipment, bowls, etc.) does so under his/her own responsibility and undertakes to comply with the safety instructions given. They are responsible for this equipment while they are using it and undertake to pay for any damage or loss.
– The hotel cannot be held responsible for external events or circumstances for which it is not responsible and which would result in the modification or interruption of a stay.
– Activities, services, excursions, etc., booked with service providers by the hotel for its customers:
the hotel cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any problems or accidents that may occur. Guests pay the service providers directly.
– Persons under the age of 18 stay at the hotel under the full responsibility of an accompanying adult.
– Any damage to the premises, equipment, linen, furniture, etc., provided or hired, will be billed to the customer.
– The hotel reserves the right to refuse any pets.

COMPLAINTS / CLAIMS

– Any complaints, claims or disagreements must be reported immediately to the manager on site so that any inconvenience can be resolved quickly.
– No complaint will be taken into account unless it is notified to the on-site management in writing before the customer’s departure. The customer will be given a copy of the complaint, duly stamped and signed.
